Hi, I couldn't find an answer anywhere else so looking for some friendly advice. My husband applied for a work-permit extension. LMIA-exempt. Applied online, uploaded all required documents in the list, included the LMIA-exempt number. It was refused as it said he didn't submit the PNP certificate but this wasn't asked for when applying. If re-applying how does he upload this if there isn't an option to do so?
Similarly, he applied to extend my open work permit as his spouse. Refused as "You have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that your spouse is employed in an occupation that falls within the National Occupation Classification Skill level of 0, A or B" - again there was no where that said we had to provide evidence of this on the list of documents that it asked him to upload. He applied for mine at the same time as his as his accompanying family member.
We need to re-apply and have answered all the questions on the online account and it has come up with the same list of documents to upload as before.. I am just really confused as to where to upload these additional documents that they have stated on the refusal letters?
Also - does his employer had to give him a new offer of employment number as he is LMIA-exempt or will it be the same one??
I really appreciate any help or advice. THanks
