Work Permit Extension on Spousal Study Permit

Hi,

I am currently working on Post graduate Work permit and my visa would expire in 1 years time & my fiancé is planning to come here in this year on Study Visa, hence I was just wondering if there is any way where I can extend my Work permit based on her Study Visa? If yes, whats the time duration that we would need to be married for, as we are yet to get married. Please let me know.

Any information/suggestion would be appreciated.

Yes, Ask her to take 3 years course admission...and you will get 3 years open work permit...simple

No, as she is neither your spouse or common/law spouse, which is a requirement. So until you are married it is moot point.
