Work permit extension approved

Hi! I have a question. My work permit and trv got expires 2months ago. I applied for work permit extension and just got the approval. My question is, if i apply for a new trv is it 100% guarantee that they will grant me visa? I am still here in Canada working under Live-In Caregiver Program.

Never 100% but yes, it should be approved.
