Hi folks, need your help urgently!
I'm on a PGWP which is expiring in two weeks time and at the same time I'm completing my one year of work experience, I'm working as a store manager, but the salary and pay stubs I'm getting from my employer is from his different company (mother company) I don't have any LMO and I don't know what I suppose to do and when I'm eligible to apply and what's gonna be my status after expiry of my work permit.

Need some expert advices!

Thanks

Why did you wait for two weeks to the deadline to start moving around? >:(

We neither.... what do you want to do? it all depends on that. If you wish to go back to your country you just pack your things and leave.

No status. You will have 90 days to apply for restoration or leave the country. YOU CAN'T CONTINUE WORKING.

If you do not want to leave the Canada, you can apply for some different status like Student or Vistor. So that you can stay here and work on your PR process.
and when I'm eligible to apply
I guess you are talking for to apply for PR. If yes, then after compleing your complete one year.
and what's gonna be my status after expiry of my work permit
You would have 90 days to restore your status or leave the country.

If you want to stay and continue working, you need your employer to apply for an LMIA or find another employer willing to apply for an LMIA.

If you are eligible to apply for CEC but have to go back to your country, no worries, you can apply from there.

What if I got a job with a new employer with lmo and then I apply for cec do I need to mention that I'm working with that company and stuff!

Of course, at the time you apply for CEC, your application.information has to be up-to-date.
