work permit expired.. Now on restoration

Hi,
I applied for work permit extension on august 19 but it get refused because of not providing PNP certification (because my pnp application has not been approved at the time I applied my work permit). In the refusal letter, they ask for PNP certification ,which I do have now but I am wondering about the offer of employment through employer portal. Do i have to have attach this employment letter with my application .
Does anyone have any views regarding this case.

Attach it also now your are applying for restoration so you can apply for closed wp only you might need to fill employer compliance form as well. Do you have cic file no.?

No, not yet but it should come in 2weeks, because its been 3months now I applied my permanent resident application.So, hoping to get it soon .

If you are expecting to get it in a week or two then wait for it to attach when did you get refusal?
