Work permit expire soon? Nomination cert will help to renew my WP? Moratorium???

Hi, with regards to the new moratorium under TWP issue has been suspended now and no LMO will be issued.MY question is my WP will expire soon but I had already my Nomination certificate which I knew that I dont need a LMO on renewing my WP? But with with regards to the moratorium issue, is it still possible for the CIC to issue my WOrk permit using my nomination Cert.? Pls let me know some details pls..thanks a loT

I haven't heard any news about it yet, you may call CIC what's the answer for that.
In my own opinion, I think CIC will process your OWP as you are a provincial nominee and you don't need an LMO.
Please update us of any progress of your OWP application.

I have to add that your nomination won't be enough to process your OWP.
You must have to send your PR application package to CIC and receive your file number before you can be qualified to apply to OWP.

Thanks for ur reply. What do u mean by PR application package? I only have right now the AOR with medical request? Is that enough for OWP application? Any advice is deeply appreciated! Thanks!

PR application package=Permanent residence application thru PNP.
So you got your file number and medical request from CIC, that means you can apply for OWP using your file number, you are eligible only if your work permit will expire within 4 months.
But we don't know yet if CIC's decision about that is affected by the recent moratorium in TFW.

this is called BOWP, there are lots of forum on Canadian exprerience class category, if you need help with any info you may wanna ask on the forum. if you read that topic called " how many of you applied for BOWP, AND successfully received it !!! good luck!
