Work Permit- Driver Licence

Hi everyone,

I applied for the Work Permit along with the Permanent Residence in-land.

I got my work permit.

I need to know:
1- How long it will take to proceed with the Permanent Residence after the work permit or they are independently proceeded?

2- Am I eligible to apply to any job, or are there restrictions?

3- Do I have to apply for the Driver Licence in order to be able to legally drive in Canada or can I still use my international driver's licence?

Maybe first clarify what you mean work permit and PR inland ? Do you mean an inland spouse sponsorship ?

1)if inland PR spouse sponsorship processing quoted as average 12 months, could be less could be more but the issue of the work permit not relevant to the overall PR process time, still 12 months.

2)believe is an open work permit so no restriction other than maybe or maybe not a restriction of not working in the health sector

3)impossible to answer given there are different rules by province how long someone can drive either on their home licence or an international. Also different rules about being able to do a swap, home licence for Canadian.
