work permit clarrification - tfwp new pathway Noc 6471

Hello. Could you please enlighten me. Im here in Canada for more than one month and was issued a work permit under noc. 6471 - Visiting Homemaker, Housekeeper and other Buss. rel. ( New Pathway )Then i have a remarks/condition stated - Applicant is not part of the lcp nor are they eligible to apply PR for this program. Yes i know that im not in the LCP because LMIA was processed last June 2015 and they will assesed it under tfwp. Mind asking if it would affect when i want to apply PR after 2 years?
