Work Permit - Bring brother in same application

Hi All,

My spouse is in Canada on business visa and is applying for his work permit through his company. While filling his application, he can also apply for me for my open work permit as he belongs to NOC 'A' category.

His brother is planning to pursue Masters in Canada next year. Can his brother accompany us on dependent visa or can we process all three applications together while my spouse is filing his application?

Below is what I think we would need to apply for:

1) My spouse's work permit and temporary resident visa
2) My open work permit and temporary resident visa
3) His brother's temporary resident visa and study visa later

Please guide or let me know for more details

His brother has to apply on this own. He's not a dependent.
