I'm a NAFTA professional (LMO exempt) and a U.S. citizen. I'm applying for a NAFTA work permit at the Ambassador Bridge. My questions are pretty basic:

1. Should I bring the photos listed in the document check sheet for work permit. My experience is that the CBSA seems to take their own photos for most things at the point of entry;

2. Are they going to want academic transcripts if I have proof of professional licensure?

3. How much is the CBSA going to be concerned about proof of "working conditions" with a white collar job? I'm a US attorney who is going to be working in their house counsel's office dealing with U.S. compliance issues.

4. Is proof of temporary private health insurance required at the time of the work permit application? Is there any flexibility when I live twenty minutes from the border, have excellent US health insurance (include evac insurance) and will be continuing to live in the US?
