One of my friend has applied for work permit through a consultant which was hired by his employer.
Consultant got LMIA and visa approved and suggested him to raise a web form for passport pickup. He has done that in end of February. But-since then he hasn’t heard anything and no one has come for passport pickup.
Is this the right understanding that someone is going to come to pickup the passport and other documents?
Also, what is the timeline for all this?
