Good day to all.
My friend's document had been picked up last November 18, 2012 via Air21 and it arrived in Canadian Embassy on November 21, 2012 as based on the tracking number provided by the said courier. But unfortunately, he forgot to include the "Document Checklist" form but instead he just attached the "Itemized Document Checklist." The question is, will the embassy still need that Document Checklist form or the Itemized Document Checklist will do???
