Work Permit application with brand new passport

Hi guys. I just wanna be sure that I am doing it right. I am handing in my paper based application on Monday next week. The passport I used to get the job and all other supporting documents got lost, so I applied for a 1 day one and it was issued.
So my question is that is it enough if I just attach a copy of the old one, or more paperwork is needed.
