Hi all members,
Any one has experience to prepare a document in application of work pert named: Poof of you meet the requirements of the job being offered.

I obtain LMIA from services Canada under the Business owner/operator category and I am currently prepare the application of Work Permit through online service. One of the documents is proof of you meet the requirements of the job being offered. My job title is production development manager which is not a regulated occupation in Canada, and therefore I don't need to provide evidence that the responsible provincial, territorial or professional body has granted you the required licence or certification. My question how to prepare the proof of meet the requirement if your job is not requlated? Is that only require you to make a personal statement to introduce your work experience matching the job offered?

Thank you in advance for your sharing if any.

Hi,

How do you obtain yr LMIA? I am Interest to know what percentage of the business you have to own in order to qualify. Hope you do not mind sharing.

In order to prove you meet the requirements of the job, I would suggest the followings:
Your education or trade background: certificate, diploma etc.
Your previous employers reference letter and/or employment contracts stating your job title and duties
Submit reference letters from your immediate boss, clients and/or co-workers.

Wish you all the best.
