Work Permit Application Rejected!!!!!!!!!!!! Need assistance on fresh application..

Dear Members,
My work permit application was rejected on the following grounds (Just copied from the refusal letter)

"You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of the period authorized for your stay.In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

• Travel History
• Employment prospects in country of residence
• Current employment situation
• Personal assets and financial status."

While making this application I strictly follow the document checklist (IMM5488) where they never asked for PCC, Bank Statement but Surprisingly they refused me under consideration of such factors. Now I have decided to make a fresh application where I would like to add all the possible documents so therefore it can't be rejected on such grounds.

Now I am desperately seeking assistance from people who had such issues previously or know someone or any reliable consultant who can guide me through to overcome this hick up.Any suggestion or help will be highly appreciated and thanks in advance.

PS: The job offer was LMIA exempted but with the Nova Scotia Nominee certificate and my PR application is under PNP Economic class(paper based) is also on process.

Of course I can reply those with concrete evidence but I do not have a proper format how to start writing. A consultant must have better knowledge and experience to handle such case. Not necessarily I must need consultant may be a format or a guideline will do.
