I have one quick question...
I had a student permit valid that allowed me to work off campus and it still had one more year till the expiry date on that study permit. I finished my final exams in April, and after a month (May) I found a full-time job. My university states that my official graduation date, where my degree was approved was in June 1st (when the senate meets).
I applied for my post-graduate work visa on the night of my second day at the new job. Is there an issue with this? was I still allowed to work under my study visa since they say that the visa is valid for 90 days after your official graduation? I only worked under the study visa for two days.
I will applying for my PR soon so I want to know that I did this right. thanks!
