Work Permit application on PR application number

Hello Gurus,

I am working in Canada since past 2 years and my current WP will expire in 3 months time. I am not sure if my employer extends it. I have also applied for CEC PR and expect to have the application number soon. I have heard that we can apply for an OPEN WP on basis of PR application number itself. Is that correct. Please help to know more about this

are you working as a Live in caregiver ?? bec if yes ...yes you can apply for owp same time with you pr application ...

call cic and ask them about it( bridge work permit)
