I have applied for PR to Buffalo office (as applying from USA) in March 2010 for NOC 0213 (Systems Manager). Now, I am getting a job offre from Canada and they are ready to apply for the work permit. The company may apply for Software Developer — Services (NOC 9990.5) which do not require the HRSDC approval. I heard that I need to get a letter from the employer saying that they are ready to employ me permanently after getting the PR.
My question is -
1) As I am applying the work permit on a category which dont need HRSDC approval, will I need if at a later stage for using this for my PR application?
2) How is it possible to get HRSDC approval, as the category does not need it for applying the WP?
3) Will the WP favor my PR process which is on category 0213?
