work permit and multiple visa will soon expires

please help me.

i will go back home to philippines on june 9-july15... i am just wondering if my work permit and multiple visa will still be ok to use because it will expire on sept 15, 2012

i did renew already my work permit but im not sure if ill received it before i go home... and my multiple visa will expired very soon

please give me some advice to what should i do...

Your work permit is still valid as well as your visa if both are expiring on Sept 15. But in my opinion - you may be setting off red flags at border services upon your return because of the nearness of the expiry date of both your work permit and visa upon your return. Perhaps the border services agent will probably be thinking is - 'how do I determine that this person will abide by the end date of her documents and exit the country by then?'. Given that there are only two months left on your documents.

Safest course for you is to wait for your work permit to arrive then apply for another visa on the nearest VO so you can re-enter Canada after going back to the Philippines or apply the visa in the Philippines as soon as you arrive.
