Work permit and Fees payment timing

Thanks again for all of you that re doing such a great job and giving crucial help.

We have almost finished to download most of the necessary working permit documents and were wondering when will we have to pay for the fees

I was just wondering about the timing of the payment of the work permit fees. Do we have to pay for all of the fees stated once all the files downloaded or some of the fees will have to be paid once we get their working permit approval?
