Work permit after diversion program

hie, i was charged with theft under and given diversion last month, i have to travel to US in august and apply for work permit in november. My lawyer says i’ll be fine. Any suggestions?

Hmmm, on Saturday you have a court date for June, but today you already have got diversion a month prior ?

I honest don't know what you are saying is true at this point. Just follow your lawyers advice. Of you want advice from us then get your story straight.
