work parmit with wife

HI,
I am Indian chef and my wife is tandoor chef. We both are working in India from last 7 year and we have good working experience. We have good bank balance .
Our one of friend how is Canadian and she have restaurant in Canada and she will be happy to sponsor with work permit.
Can we both get work permit if we want to go tougher.

Yes, but first your friend has to get approval from the government to hire overseas - this approval is called a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) - and must advertise the jobs and prove that no qualified Canadians were available. The processing fee for each position on an LMIA is $1000.
