Work location for remote work

Hi
I am about to submit my EE profile under FSW. I have been working remotely for a US based startup for several years from India.
I would like to know if I should fill out the location of the company as India or US. I am assuming that based on the location it would be considered either the foreign experience or not.

Also I have got my ECA done but not for my wife. She has a 3 year BSc and a one year diploma after that. Would like to know if I need to get the ECA done for her as well before submitting the profile or if it is possible for me to submit the profile and get the ECA started for her meanwhile and will submit it if/when the ITA comes.

Foreign work experience means outside of Canada. If you write that the location is in the IS,than you will need police certificate from there.
You can not claim points for your wife 's degree, making EE profile needs an ECA number to claim points. You can add her education history, of course, but without points.
