Again, people really need to stop giving advices when they dont know what they are talking about. This guy just made up requirements for the citizenship application. God knows how many people take his word and send docs that arent required.

You went even a step further and mentioned the section number. Here is Question 6F:

Check the box in A and B to indicate if you have worked and/or studied in the past four (4) years.

You must list all your work and education history including English/French language training for the past four (4) years and must account for each month.

If you were not employed(i.e. you were unemployed, retired, homemaker, volunteering, etc. you must indicate this under “Work/Education”, andindicate the time period. Do not exclude any period of time during the past four (4) years. Do not leave this section blank. If you do, your application will be returned to you.

Thank you. Yes I am aware of this but the folks here are making it a requirement to specifically sent t4 and letter from employer. To me a proof is more like the NOAs.

Can recent applicants comment on this?

Though when I applied I didn't send work records,
this is in the new form, IMHO, if I apply today
I would send all - NOA, T4, ROE, for previous jobs
recent payslip or contract or letter of employment for current job.

It clearly says on the form to not send it if you clicked Yes...

I didn't request for this and I also checked the yes regarding this in the form.
yes you may request (but not mandatory) to be sure of your dates specially if you have LOTS of travels
don't send with the application, but bring in the test/interview if you have one

This is one question that is being asked very frequently on the forum. There seems to be a lot of confusion surrounding this. The instruction guide doesnt ask for work records, the application forms do ask. Some people have sent them in and some did not.

Could those ppl who did not send the work records comment on this, did your application form got returned to you.
