IS IT ENOUGH THAT I GOT JOB OFFER FROM A PLACE IN CANADA ? DO I HAVE TO WORK WITH HIM AFTER I GET A VISA FOR CANADA ?

Well first how did you get this job offer and what exactly is it as there are a lot of scam offers around.

Any offers that promise accommodation, flights or food will be scams as are generally offers for construction, hotels,oil, gas.

What type of visa given if an LMIA sponsored one with a closed work permit you could only work for that employer.

Also on this forum use lower case in a post given UPPER case looks as though you are shouting

Most likely you can only work for employer. The only way you will get a job with with a LMIA then you are on a closed work permit. If you quit, then you can’t work for anyone else.
