I shifted to Canada last year on work permit and i absolutely love here. The work permit is valid for next 2 years.
I also hold valid L1 Visa in US. My employer is asking me to shift back to US now.
Can i work in US and travel back to Canada and some days work remotely here ? Will it be legal ? When i enter back from US to canada will there be an issue as i am transferred back to US subsidiary of the same firm.
I have kids and my spouse is on Open work permit and we plan to stay here till the school ends so that kids are not impacted in the middle of the session.
