No - you can't. It's illegal to work before your classes start. You have to wait until your classes start before you begin working. If you start earlier, you'll be in violation of your study permit which means CIC could cancel it and tell you to leave Canada. If you arrive early, you have to bring enough extra money with you to be able to cover your living expenses without working.
