Work Hours Mismatch in Appointment letter and hours mentioned on EE Portal

Hi ,

I have applied for Express Entry with CRS of 475 and have received ITA recently. However I made a small mistake by mentioning my work hours for my NOC as 44 hours per week whereas I checked that my company's appointment letter states that "company timings are 9 :00 A.M to 6:00 P.M. and company expects a minimum of 40 hours of work from employees".Now that my profile is locked , I am in dilemma whether this can become a cause of rejection. I worked in different clients which had 9 working hours and thus I made the mistake of mentioning 44 hours but I don't have proof for the same.
I request somebody in this forum if this can be resolved by mentioning the reason in explanation letter or something else needs to be done.My experience letter just mentions that I was a full time employee.

Just correct the number of hours to 40 hours per week in your PR application (post-ITA) as stated in the experience letter. Although not necessary, you can mention in an explanation letter that this is a typo and you have corrected it. Good Luck!
