Work hours for full time experience

Hi,

i am just asking on the work hours for the work experience is calculated. It keeps giving the example of 30 hrs per week, I work 37.5 hours. Should count 1560 hours with 30 hours per week or my actual working hours?

i am planning to go for the Federal Skilled worker or CEC

Max. is 30 hours a week. So you need one calendar year of experience and 1560 hours.
