Work/holiday Visa

Hello,

Im an Italian Citizen 35 and plan to settle in Canada on a permanent basis, i was advised of the work holiday Visa which
i could be eligible however if i want to move their permanent it seems risky to apply for this option.

Do you think it would be more beneficial if i wait for the job offer then apply for the temporary work permit whihc lasts for 3 years?

Well you don't have much of a choice other than to get an approved LMO and Job offer, since all the spaces on IEC Italy are gone.
