Hi guys I just wanted to ask you for the work History section, do I have to get a reference letter for every job listed since I started my working life or just for the one I am claiming points?
Thank you!

Only list the jobs you are claiming points for in work history section, you'll need to provide reference for every job you put in this section.
Any random, part time, temporary job you are not claiming points for, don't list them in work history. You should list these post ITA in personal history section of the application form

#Workhistory #CreatingEEProfile

I am creating my profile and I have worked for 4 companies till now.
My first two companies are adding up to 3 years of work ex.
So while adding work history do I need to add all the employers or just the first two companies?
If only the first two companies are needed then the dates of employment for those two should be exactly what it was or for the second company one I have to put "This is my current job"?

For the second job, if you no longer work there, then it’s not your “current job”. If you put it as your “current job”, the system will continue counting work experience (adding months/ years and points) until you get an ITA.

are you applying under FSW or CEC, as number of foreign work experience matters.
1) for FSW, you have to meet eligibility first by having at least 67 points in the FSW eligibility grid. You get max points for 6 years of foreign work experience. Check https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html after that, you calculate your CRS which only gives you max points for 3 years of foreign work experience. So check both as you may need more than just 3 years to meet FSW eligibility.

2) for CEC, you only need 1 year of Canadian work experience and valid language assessment results to meet eligibility. The number of years of foreign work experience can be added to boost your CRS.

I am FSW so the max points I can get is from 3 years of work ex which my first 2 companies will meet.
So should I add my next 2 companies in the "work history" or not?
Few people told me that post ITA I can add the first 2 companies in "work history" and rest in personal history and then I just to show work exp. letter for first two companies. Is this correct?

Did you read the above link?
You have to calculate your FSW eligibility points FIRST before CRS. Check if you meet 67 points or above with just 3 years foreign work experience declared. If yes, then proceed with those 3 years in work history and calculate your CRS. The rest you can declare under personal history when you get your ITA.

if your eligibility points is below 67 points, then you might need to add other foreign work experience (up until 6 years). Then calculate CRS. Although, you only get max points for 3 years under CRS but if you need more than that to get at least 67 points under the FSW eligibility grid, then you might need to declare more than 3 years under work history.

you have to meet both minimum eligibility (at least 67 points) AND a high CRS to get invited.

Yeah, only with work exp of first 2 companies which is adding up 3 year of work exp. I am eligible. So then should I just add first 2 companies in "work history" while creating EE profile or fo I need to add all 4 companies?

Okay. Sounds good, if that’s enough, then you don’t need the other two companies under work history. Cause if you add them, IRCC will ask for work documents for all 4 of them which would cause additional workload for you but no additional points.

you can declare those two AFTER ITA under personal history.
