Work History to include part time jobs?

Hi,
I got my ITA last week, and I am starting a part-time job this week. Am I supposed to mention about the part-time job in the work history section of the form? I am already working full time (already mentioned in the form) and I am on an open PGWP.
Also, I worked a part-time job while studying, do I need to provide the details of that job in the work history section?

Hi, sorry I have a quick question. I did not include my part time job in my PGWP application. Since I was a full time student for two years, I mentioned student as my job for the past two years, and then I continued the list with my past jobs in my home country. Would it be a conflict if I mention the part time job while studying in personal history after receiving ITA?
