I qualified CS in the year Feb 2014 and did a mandatory 12 months of training to be eligible to work in that field which was in Oct, 2015 (This is my primary occupation).

My questions:
I have a query w.r.t work history in EE profile. I am a qualified company secretary (CS) and a law graduate having 6+ years of experience (6 years in CS field which includes 3 years in legal). I qualified CS in the year Feb 2014 and did a mandatory 12 months of training to be eligible to work in that field which was in Oct, 2015 (This is my primary occupation).
Below is my work experience:
- Mandatory internship in a firm: June 2014 – August 2015 (NOC 1)
- Continued for more 2 months as consultant: Sep & Oct 2015 (NOC 1)
- 1st company – Nov 2015 – Sep 2017 (NOC 1) (I was pursuing LLB 3 yrs course while working)
- 2nd company – Oct 2017 to June 2018 (July and Aug 2018 was idle) (NOC 1)
- 3rd company – Sep 2018 till present (NOC 2)
My questions:
- Can I include internship under work history? (EE profile says not to include any work done during the apprenticeship). But my internship was paid and 40 hrs/ week and I was not a student during that period. Then where should it be included?
- Can I mention different NOC under work history? Is it valid? I have 6 yrs of experience in my primary occupation which includes 3 years of legal experience which comes under a different NOC than my primary one).
- I was providing consultancy services through a firm while I was working in 1st company. How do I enter this experience under the work history section? Can I mention both or only one? Will the same years be accepted again for different companies while entering in the work history?
- I was also a student while working in my 1st company, will the experience from Nov 2015 to Sep 2017 be counted under work history? Though it was a regular course, students who were working were given exemption from attending classes.
