Work history question

Hi again, all.

I've now received confirmation that one of my previous employers doesn't hold records past 2011 so can't confirm employment. I guess I can add the confirmation and a Tax contribution record for that year and advise in my LOE.

So this leaves me with;

Confirmed 5 year previous employment with role that matches my NOC type. - Also supported Tax records and payslips, along with validated college diploma and degree records.
1 employment from 2008 that where the company has been dissolved. (not a match for NOC)
1 employment from 2008 where the company cant provide record. (not a match for NOC)
1 confirmed employment from 2003-2005 that does not match my NOC type

So for my ITA, should I;

Remove the unconfirmed records from work experience, list them in personal history and advise of the correspondence in my LOE?

I think this is the correct course of action, but I read somewhere about a 67/100 policy and wanted to make sure what I'm doing is correct.

Thanks all for your help!

Mark

Yeah, this will work. You only need to prove 3 years of foreign work ex. to max out your points. Put everything else in your personal history.

Hey, quick correction.

To max out the points for FSW (67/100), you need to show six years - however, you may be above the 67 threshold based on other factors. You can look at that here.

Apologies for the earlier post, I assumed you were asking about the CRS score!

Thanks very much for the clarification.

Sorry about the confusion, I'm talking about my ITA details here.

The only experience I listed related to my chosen NOC was my previous role for 5 years.

The others were for totally unrelated NOC types for unskilled work during University etc. Looking at the link you sent they wouldn't have been counted as experience for points.

With that in mind, do you think it's better that I move the unrelated experience to personal history, then explain why in my LOE?

Thanks very much!
