Work History for ITA

Trying to get PR after getting the ITA but it's nearly impossible for me to provide proof of work history from companies with seven different jobs over the last ten years. I certainly cannot get letter headed proof from a company that no longer exists. Is there any one else in this situation? What is best to do?

Well you can provide joininig/offer letter, pay stubs, bank transaction, Tax returns.
