I assume we need to show whole life work history (and not only last 10years).
In first job, I worked for some software firm from 2000-2013 and got some 5 Designations in all 13years in that job.
I got experience letter from HR showing 5 designations tenure and responsibilties in total 2 pages. I have 2 L1 and H1b visa travel to USA in these 13years.
Now when submit Work History, there can be 2 ways i can think of
a) Show a single entry in India from 2000-2013 with only last designation. In LoE give 1 reference letter covering all designations and tell u have been to USA on L1/H1b as needed for job. I am using same NOC2174 for all positions as I am coding only for last 20years.
OR
b) For every designation, create an entry in work history with same company. This will produce 5 Employment records submission list, 1 for each designation. Upload same reference letter as well as LOE in all 5 document list.
Please let me know what appears the correct way to show different designations within the same organization..
