hi i am a doctor and i have a 3 year work experience in total. It is split as one year post my first professional degree(MBBS).where i worked as an associate doctor and got paid in cash .it was a full time work with 40 hours week for an year.
while the second half of my experience(2 years and counting) is post my masters degree(MD Medicine). In this the first year i worked as an associate doctor in a private clinic again being paid in cash and later i joined an institution.
I have the following questions:
1) As per CIC a professional degree with license to practice gives you 135 points and i have got it assessed in my ECA.So will my split work experience be counted as total of 3 years.
2) for the work experience i am able to get letter of recommendation from my employer stating my name, position held, number of working hours, duration of work, salary, date of leaving along with all the details of the employer(but no contract). Now this salary was a minimal non taxable amount paid in cash so i dont have documents like salary slip, bank statement or Income tax return to support it (as it was utilised for my daily expenses).Would this be a problem ? is there any way around it ?
I can provide proof of sufficient funds from my bank statement for supporting myself in Canada and also my last 10 months salary slip if required .but before that it is not possible to procure those documents.
kindly guide
Thanks and regards
