My second year of work experience gonna complete on May, 27 and recieved ITA on April 9 as EE profile gave me points before completing.
Should I accept ITA or decline??

Yes it should be fine, they seem to do it from the month before. I received my ITA on April 9th too even though my second year of work experience isn't until March 5th. Lots of other people on this forum have said the same thing. If you're really worried then you could explain it in your LoE.
