Hi,

I have some Pre MBA work exp which is not relevant to the NOC code I am applying for. While creating the Express Entry profile for the 1st time, in the job history section do I need to update this experience with the NOC code relevant to this work experience? I don't have the employment reference letters for this company either

if you do not plan to claim points from this experience do not include it under work experience when creating your EE profile. You should include it under personal history though when filling forms post-ITA.
