can someone please explain to me why they use Canada work experience to fail people? If your work experience is not from Canada then they fail you. How someone who is now trying to move to Canada have work experience in Canada ?

Has this happened to you? and was this the reason given? Because any work experience from your home country in a registered company should be valid .
The said reality is Canadian employer usually don’t trust a non Canadian candidate.
So it works out in Canada
1) first of all u should be a Canadian born and raise or from an English speaking country if not
2) then u should have Canadian experience
3) if not then u should at least have Canadian degree (preferably 4 years university) degree
4) if not then comes the turn of those who have neither of these things mentioned above
Now I know some may not agree with me as they have a wonderful experience with their careers in Canada but this is how me and my friends have observed job market at least in Alberta
