I want to know as to what is the outcome, when you have shown a work experience of some office, but they have closed down the office, the immigration officer may not be able to cross check my experience.
What to do???????

I have already cleared my interview and medical results has already been submitted and it is almost 8 months now
since i have not heard from them.

Please advise...

Hey I don't know if this still unresolved for you, but here in my country (Colombia) you can go to the ministry of labour and get a certificate of the company and a process where cross checking with your professional's association and the "IRS" they can certify some sort of experience, I've HEARD that someone was able to use it under express entry; so you should check on your country.
