I had started my job as a Support Specialist in June-2015, however due to a backlog my bachelors actually got completed in May 2016.
Does that count as a 2 years of experience or just 1?
I need to apply to Express Entry

No, it was because of backlogs. I failed in a subject which took me one more year to complete the bachelors.

The system will count it as two years work experience . But you might have trouble with your education. Have you got your ECA done?

Why does your year say 2015 on this? Shouldn't it be 2016 if that's what u say when you finished and were awarded the degree?
