Since that experience suffices he is thinking of mentioning his second employer in personal history.

Where do we attach the documents related to his second employment?

Can we attach them with LOE?

We claimed 6 yrs work experience in EE

You don't need to attach the 2nd employer documents anywhere. You will just mention details within your personal history.
The employer with 6 years experience is the one for which you will attach all the documents at the place holder.
