Hi,

I am a student in the Usa in my second year of university.
I want to move to canada and think of applying for permanent residency.
The pb is with my work experience . I have 6 years work experience as a health club facility/operation manager but most of this work was done without any authorization.
I did pay for my taxes though.

I had authorisation for work for a year only and that year was 7 years ago.

Is my work experience going to be accepted by the reviewer for the Permanent residency? Without work experience i do not have sufficient points.
Can you please advise me on that? I am looking to applying for the quebec program but would not mind advise on the ontario program too.

Thanks ever so much.

Isaura

I doubt if you will get any suggestion here. Your case is very complicated. Reach out to some experienced lawyer that can help you with your queries. You better hurry up as Trump and Clinton are neck to neck in latest polls in USA.
