my employer had refused doing a work reference, but am having an employment letter that states my post, salary, work timing, detailed work description.I also have a confirmation letter to this effect. just wondering if these doc can fly as evidence of work experience .

If there is no way to get an experience certificate then these document can work. I think u also have to add at least 6 months pay slip. On the other hand, it is bit risky if the job description written on ur employment letter does not match NOC requirements. Furthermore, u can have a reference letter from ur colleague.

get an affidavit and make it according to requirement and give two witness of your co worker plus their working contact number ......and explain your situation in covering letter ......
