Dear All,

I am a new member to this forum. I am also starting my process for the immigration. Having gone through several posts I realize the Work experience is one the most important factor for your application. I have some doubts which I am posting here.

1. Do we need to submit the Work Ex. documents for my spouse too? She is still to start working so I cant produce that...Will this be a disadvantage?

2. We need to get the employment contracts...Is this the appointment letter? I am applying under the NOC code 0111( finance manager). My appointment letter states my appointment as an trainee.... I was in later course transferred to the finance dept. and eventually got promoted as finance manager. But since my appointment letter doesnt state finance manager what employment contract would work in my case.

3. The application also demands to submit up-to-date letters of reference from past and present employers. What does this mean? Do I need to get the letter of reference something like we submit when applying for MS or MBA abroad?

4. Besides this we also need a letter which specifies duties, positions held over the period of work ex, annual salary etc. This letter has to be signed by the supervisor but I had mutiple bosses over my 6 years of experience so do I need to get letters from everyone of them or just getting it from the most current supervisor suffice?
Does it have to specifically state the salary because again my most current supervisor wouldnt have knowledge of the salary I was drawing over my entire work ex.

5. Do we need to stamp the letter too? coz as far I know the letter head need not be stamped...so what does stamping mean?

6. I spent 6 years in one company and later worked for 3 months as a full time paid intern in another company. Do I need to enclose the documents from the same too? My 6 years of work ex. would fufill my requirement so do I still need to enclose all the documents for my paid internship.

Thanks and Regards,
Puneet

Dear Hero Members,

I am really stuck on this Work Ex issue.....Would really apprecaite if you could answer my queries....

Thanks a lot,

HI I NEED A SMALL QUERY AS PER THE WEBSITE

WORK EXPERIENCE
For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
• notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers,
accompanied by an English or French translation
original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers.
Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full
address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company’s official
seal.

it means that the experience letter that i got from my previous employer should be in original..
