Dear friends can anyone tell about real verification of work experience documents happened in Pakistan by CHC in 2015.
I read on alot of discussion forums that CHC can adopt any verification mean in this regard e.g Physical Verification, Telephonic Verification, Letter, Email, etc. But what i observe is as follows:
1. 99% physical verification conducted in Medical professional cases or any other profession directly related to health and safety of Canadian population.
2. CHC has different policies in different countries e.g foreigners can visit in India but not in Pakistan due to security concerns.
3. In Pakistan 99% of physical verification conducted in Islamabad and Lahore cities.
4. Salary Account statements never asked.
5. Tax return documents from Pakistani applicants never asked.
6. Maximum verification done by current employer on telephone morover ration of verification cases is very very low and more than 80% cases other than medical professions processed without any verification.
