Hey everyone!
I've been reading the forums for a while now and I can say I've learned a lot.
I now have a question of my own and I am wondering if someone can help.
I've had some work experience on an implied status; I started working as soon as I applied for a PGWP.
Would the work experience during the period between applying for the PGWP and the issue date of the PGWP count towards the 1-year CEC work experience requirement?
Also, what if my University graduation/convocation date was after the issue date of the PGWP? Would I still be considered a student before the convocation even though I completed my degree requirements before applying for PGWP? (that's a requirement to apply for PGWP anyway).
I've seen forum members mention that valid work experience starts after the convocation date while others have successfully received their PRs by counting days before the actual convocation date.
TIA.
