I finished my school in May 2013, but while I was studying at school, I worked from Sept 2012 - March 2013 without any fixed hours per weeks. Sometimes I had to work 10 hours and sometimes 20 hours. Let me put all my work experiences:
Sept 2012 - March 2013 - No fixed per hours
March 2013 - Sept 2013 - 20 hr/week (company is closed now
March 2013 - Sept 2013 - 40 hr/week (another company I worked)
Sept 2013 - March 2014 - 40 hr/week (another company)
March 2014 - present - 40 hrs/week (my current company)
Is it ok, if I don't mention my work experience from Sept 2012 - March 2013 and also part-time time from March 2013 - Sept 2013 in my application? Because application says mention all work experiences in last 3 years, but these companies were small and I wont be able to get any reference letter from them. Can I skip some of my work experiences from my application, as I already qualify for 1 year+ work experiences without putting them in. Please guide me CEC gurus.
