Hey Guys,

I have a few questions regarding the documents I need and any additional information I can add to help support my application!!

Before I start any advise is appreciated!!

Work experience and Studying question(s)::

So my situation is as follows: I was hired by a company to complete a sponsored degree whilst working full time. I got day release every week / two weeks to go to university. I have a 37.5 hr/week contract and full time employment with the company. However, my question here is would my time whilst doing the degree be valid for work experience? or would it fall under the invalid as you are still studying category?

POF question(s)::

I am reciving a gift from my parents to support my move to Canada, I have drafted a deed gift:

"Gift Deed
We Mr X & X parents of Mr X are giving our son money worth of X GBP (CAD~ $ X) we have gifted this money from our personal bank account no. XX from <bank address> in the form of a bank transfer on the date of XX-XX-2017. This transfer is directly deposited into Mr X’s account (date transfer) in his own account no. XX at <bank address>.

We, Mr X & Mrs X are giving this money as a gift to cover all his expenses for Canadian immigration process and for helping X to settle in Canada in future. We hereby confirm that this is a gift and is not to be repaid.

Passport No:

Name of donor #2:

Name of recipient:

I will support this information with a 6 month bank statement from my current and savings account, 6 month bank statement from my parents account and the gift deed, Is this enough to show POF? (I intend to include the transfer within the 6 month statement on both sides) Do I need the gift deed notarised?

Thanks in advance for all help and suggestions on these topics!!!
